• Counsel on choosing proper strategy in the course of proceedings in accordance with the Public Procurement Law,
• Representation of clients within the proceedings held by in accordance with the Public Procurement Law,
• Representation of entrepreneurs before the National Chamber of Appeals or public court as well as drafting of applications for explanation of the content of the specification of essential terms of the contract, drafting protests, appeals and petitions to the court,
• Representation of awarding entity before the National Chamber of Appeals or public court as well as drafting of responses on economic operators' means of legal protection, drafting of petitions to the court,
• Counsel on economic operators jointly competing for a contract,
• Preparation of legal opinions on application of provisions of Public Procurement Law and legal analysis of tender documentation.
